having trouble figuring out where to go?
ugh. same. so I turned to everyone’s favorite AI assistant… not so bad.
i’ve spent the last several years bouncing around the globe. I have seen the most amazing landscapes, consumed the yummiest of foods, and met once in a lifetime people.
I was recently in a tiktok (rip) blackhole, and a creator on my FYP asked chat gpt to pick 5 places she should live… it got me thinking, what if I asked chat for some inspo- I’m getting ready to plan out my 2025 travel, chat had some good ideas… and maybe good for you too ;)
1. Lake Como, Italy
okay so full transparency, i’ve been to Lake Como and it truly is the Amalfi Coast’s sophisticated cousin. but it is one of those places everyone should go…. with a lover or not. i’d recommended private boat tours (yes, please), historic villas, wine tastings and dining on the lake’s edge.
Vibes: Glamorous, serene, and a little bougie—exactly how I like it.
2. Patagonia, Chile & Argentina
This one we may agree to disagree on, I enjoy more climate controlled activities…. but it is a great destination. Patagonia offers jaw-dropping glaciers, rugged mountains, and luxury lodges nestled in pristine wilderness. Hiking Torres del Paine and sipping Malbec by the fire? Yes, please.
Vibes: Epic, adventurous, and breathtakingly remote.
3. Marrakech & the Atlas Mountains, Morocco
ChatGPT knows I love a sensory overload, and Marrakech delivers. From exploring vibrant souks to sipping mint tea in a dreamy riad, the city is a feast for the senses. Add a day trip to the Atlas Mountains, and I’m practically swooning.
Vibes: Exotic, colorful, and just the right amount of chaotic.
4. Seychelles
I’ve sent several clients to Seychelles and it has yet to disappoint. pristine beaches, turquoise waters, and private island resorts? ChatGPT’s really coming for my heart. Seychelles is perfect for when you want to completely unplug but still feel like royalty. (Bonus: It’s a paradise for snorkeling and sunset cruising.)
Vibes: Remote, romantic, and ridiculously relaxing.
5. Bordeaux, France
ChatGPT clearly knows my love for wine and all things French. Bordeaux is a wine lover’s paradise with its châteaux-lined vineyards and gourmet cuisine. Picture private tastings and hot air balloon rides over the countryside.
Vibes: Sophisticated, indulgent, and perfectly French.
So, What’s the Verdict?
ChatGPT was a great place to get some inspiration. Each destination feels like it’s straight out of a luxury travel mood board. Now the hard part—choosing where to go first. Lake Como for the glamour? Patagonia for the adventure? Seychelles for the tan?
